Classification and application of hot-dip galvanized spiral pipe

Galvanized spiral pipe features: straight seam welded pipe production process is simple, high production efficiency, low cost, faster development. Spiral welded pipe strength is generally higher than straight seam welded pipe, can use a narrower billet to produce a larger diameter welded pipe, but also can use the same width of the billet to produce a different diameter welded pipe. However, compared with the same length of straight seam pipe, the length of the welded seam increases by 30-100%, and the production speed is lower. Therefore, the smaller diameter welded pipe is mostly used straight seam welding, large diameter welded pipe is mostly spiral welding.

So where are the different galvanized spiral pipes used?  

Ordinary carbon steel wire casing is industrial and civil construction, installation of machinery and equipment, and other electrical installation project items used to protect the wire steel pipe.

It is a hot dipped galvanized welded steel pipe used for conveying water, gas, air, oil and heating steam, warm water and other general lower pressure fluids or other purposes.
