At present, prefabricated polyurethane directly buried thermal insulation pipes are used in many industrial applications. In order to avoid the development of this situation, it is also important to do corresponding rust prevention work. However, prefabricated polyurethane directly buried thermal insulation pipe materials will inevitably cause corrosion during use. Rust, proper anti-rust treatment can effectively extend the service life of prefabricated polyurethane direct buried insulation pipes.
The surface of prefabricated polyurethane direct buried insulation pipe materials requires a series of mechanical treatments. There are two main types of treatment processes for prefabricated polyurethane direct buried insulation pipes.
One is shot peening, the other is shot peening, prefabricated polyurethane directly buried insulated pipe to eliminate surface rust and friction and prevent steel from discoloration.
Shot peening is based on compressed air and high-pressure water flow to achieve high-speed abrasive flow. Shot blasting technology is used in machinery companies with high energy consumption of steel. By telling the rotating blades to increase their tangential speed and throw them towards the steel surface, the purpose of rust removal is achieved.
