Key points of pipe truss assembly and welding processing

A tube truss is a lattice structure formed by connecting round rods at both ends. Truss members make the truss structure economical in materials, light in weight, and easy to form into various shapes to adapt to different uses.

In recent years, with the continuous improvement of steel structure design and construction technology, a large number of large-scale steel structure buildings have been built in China. The structural forms of steel structures are becoming more and more novel, the structures are becoming more and more complex, and the spans of structures are becoming wider and wider. As a result, the structural hoisting of long-span steel pipe trusses has become a big problem. Choosing the appropriate hoisting technology is important for long-span steel pipe trusses. Smooth lifting is particularly important.
Key points for pipe truss operation and processing:
1. On-site assembly site requirements In order to ensure the accuracy of on-site assembly of trusses and prevent assembly errors due to uneven settlement of the tire frame during the assembly process, it is necessary to flatten and compact the assembly site, and then lay 200 thick The gravel cushion is compacted and a steel subgrade box is placed on top of it.
2. Requirements for erection of assembled tire frames
The minimum height of the tire frame should be able to meet the height required for all-position welding. After the tire frame is erected, there should be no obvious shaking. It can be used after experiencing it. In order to prevent the tire frame from deforming due to the settlement of the rigid platform, an observation point for the tire frame settlement should be established next to the tire frame. During construction, pay attention to any changes in elevation when structural weights are fully supported on the road base. If there is any change, it should be adjusted in time and welding can be carried out after the settlement is stable.
3. Ground assembly of trusses
When the trusses are assembled on site, position them according to the bottom line of the tire frame and the segmented alignment lines. The lugs are first welded to the ends of the steel members to connect the lugs during docking. After docking, cut and grate the ear pads.
4. Truss assembly process
The platform and tire frame supports must be of sufficient stiffness and the main control points should be clearly marked on the platform as reference points for component production. Mark the horizontal projection point of the truss control point on the platform (horizontal, the error is within 2mm), and add a label or other obvious mark.

Use a spirit level or other levels to measure the vertical height of the truss control points, and fix the tire frame with temporary supports such as angle steel or channel steel to prevent the tire frame from shaking during assembly and reducing the accuracy of the control points.
Use a crane to place the mated chords on the tire frame according to their specific positions, and then fix the positioning blocks. Use theodolite, level and other instruments to measure the control points on the trusses again, and adjust the adjustment blocks to ensure the correct position of the chord.
In order to ensure the quality of the truss assembly and to allow the joints between segmented trusses to fit together, the tire frame must be arranged as a whole. The quality of ground components will directly affect the quality of high-altitude components. The quality of the measuring work is the main key task for the high-precision assembly of steel trusses. Measurement acceptance should be carried out to the beginning and end of each process, and the construction measurement, tracking and testing of each process are comprehensive position monitoring. According to the lifting performance of the crane, try to expand the assembly unit of the truss on the ground to reduce the amount of high-altitude operations. This can reduce the risks of high-altitude operations and ensure the quality of the project. Reasonably select lifting points to reduce the deformation of the truss during the entire lifting process.
