LSAW steel pipe is a kind of welded steel pipe. Steel pipe parallel to the longitudinal direction of the steel pipe. First, choose the right place and warehouse
1. The place and warehouse where the steel pipe is stored should be clean, water-free, and far away from factories and mines that produce harmful gases and dust. Weeds and debris should be removed in situ to keep the steel pipe clean.
2. Warehouse steel pipe shall not be stacked acid, alkali, salt, cement and other corrosive substances, different types of steel pipe should be stacked separately to prevent confusion and contact corrosion.
3. Large section steel, steel rails, faded steel plates, large diameter steel pipes, forgings, etc. can be stacked in the open air.
4. Small and medium-sized sections of steel, wire, rebar, medium-diameter steel pipe, steel wire and steel wire rope, etc., can be stored in a well-ventilated material shed, but must be installed with a lower mat.
5. Some small steel tubes, steel plates, silicon steel sheets, small or thin-walled steel tubes, steel strips, a variety of cold-rolled, cold-drawn steel tubes and corrosion-prone metal products can be stored in the warehouse.
6. Warehouses are selected according to geographic conditions, the general use of closed warehouses in general, that is, the roof has a wall, doors and windows are tight, the warehouse is equipped with ventilation facilities.
7. The warehouse should pay attention to ventilation on sunny days, close the warehouse on rainy days, and maintain a proper storage environment.
Second, reasonable stacking, first-in-first-out
1. The principle of stacking is to stack according to varieties and specifications under the condition of stable and safe stacking, and separate the materials of different varieties to prevent confusion and mutual corrosion.
2. It is strictly prohibited to store items that have a corrosive effect on the steel pipe near the stacking location.
3. The bottom of the pile should be high, firm and smooth to prevent moisture or deformation of the material.
4. The same material should be stacked according to the order of storage, and should implement the principle of “first in, first out.
5. The steel sections stacked in the open air must have wooden mats or stone strips, the surface of the stack should be slightly inclined to facilitate drainage, and should pay attention to the flatness of the material to prevent bending and deformation.
6. Manually operated stacking height shall not exceed 1.2 meters, mechanically operated stacking height shall not exceed 1.5 meters, and stacking width shall not exceed 2.5 meters.
Third, protective materials, preservatives or other plating packaging used before the plant is an important measure to prevent the material from rusting.
1. Before entering the warehouse, attention should be paid to prevent rain or mixed impurities, according to its performance, should be used in different ways to clean the contaminated material, such as available high-hardness wire brush, low-hardness cloth, cotton and so on.
2. Materials should be checked frequently after storage in the warehouse. If there is rust, the rust layer should be removed.
3. After the surface of the steel pipe is cleaned, instead of applying oil, rust-proof oil should be applied to the internal and external surfaces of high-quality steel, alloy steel pipe alloy steel plate, thin-walled pipe and so on.
