1、Review the specification of welding wire and flux for correctness according to the welding procedure to prevent welding quality accidents caused by misuse of welding wire and flux.

2、Supervise the welding environment, when the welding environment is not good (the temperature is lower than 0 ℃, relative humidity is more than 90%) should take appropriate measures after welding.

3、Pre-welding before checking the bevel size, including clearance, blunt edge, angle and misalignment, etc. whether it meets the process requirements.

4, in the submerged arc automatic internal and external welding process selected welding current, welding voltage, welding speed and other process parameters are correct.

5、Supervise the welders in the submerged arc automatic internal and external welding to make full use of the length of the steel pipe end of the arc plate, strengthen the internal and external welding arc plate use efficiency, which helps to improve the quality of the pipe end welding.

6、Supervise the welders in the filler weld whether the slag is cleaned up first, whether the joints have been thoroughly processed, whether there is oil, rust, slag, water, paint and other dirt at the bevel.
