The specifications of welded pipes differ from the actual specifications in nominal diameter (millimeters or inches). According to the regulations on the wall thickness of welded pipes, there are two commonly used steel pipes and thickened steel pipes. Steel pipes are divided into threaded and unthreaded according to the shape of the pipe end, that is, the size of the welded steel pipe.

1. Construction preparation before use of straight seam steel pipe
The pipe trenches must be dug, the tube wells must be laid, the various straight seam steel pipes required must be in place, and the various tools required, including welding machines, cutting machines, electric hammers, polishing machines, etc., must be fully prepared. . Only after a series of preparations have been completed can the installation of straight seam steel pipes begin.
2. Use quality requirements
Branch pipes should not be welded at the welds, and welding at bends should be avoided; the deviation of the vertically installed risers should be less than 3 mm per meter, and the horizontal installation deviation should be less than 1 mm; the welds must be straight and the welds must be complete , there is no burn-through or crack on the weld surface.
