When heat is input, the welding current (or welding temperature) is one of the main parameters of the welding process, which is difficult to measure, so the heat input is used instead. In the high-frequency welded pipe, the welding quality increases with the welding speed. Due to the shortening of the heating time, the width of the edge heating zone is narrowed, and the time for forming metal oxides is shortened. If the welding speed is reduced, not only the heating zone becomes wider , and the width of the melting zone also changes with the input heat, resulting in larger internal burrs. When welding at low speed, the input heat is less, and welding is difficult. The high-frequency welded pipe does not meet the specified value and is prone to defects.
