The tube truss structure has smooth lines and beautiful appearance, and is easy to realize the artistic pursuit of architectural design. Therefore, it is widely used in construction. According to the characteristics of the tube truss structure and the lifting capacity of the hoisting equipment, it is divided into sheet-shaped hoisting units. In order to reduce high-altitude scattering According to the workload of assembling parts, the pipe truss is divided into several parts, which are assembled and welded into shape in the factory, and then transported to the site for installation in pieces.
1. Part blanking and pipe bending. This process is mainly the formation of the chord pipe frame. For pipe fittings with irregular arcs, the control point coordinates of the pipe fitting must first be calculated based on the arc function curve, and the corresponding bending mold must be prepared at the same time to select the qualified size. The steel pipe material is cold-bent and inspected. After the bent pipe is formed, the inspection control points should be no less than the truss chord segment control points.
2. Assemble and weld the tube truss components on the pre-prepared tire frame to ensure the accuracy of each unit. The dimensions of the unit assembly must be accurate to ensure accurate docking during high-altitude installation (general assembly).
(1) Set out and set up the assembled tire frame. Use three-dimensional drawing software to lay out, including coordinate control points such as pipe openings, main chord linear inflection point control points, nodes, and penetrating box corner points, to determine the horizontal and vertical positions of the components.
(2) Supervise the adjustment and positioning of the upper tire. The assembly of the unit body should generally be carried out in the order of plane first, then space, first the middle and then both sides, first bottom and then top; at the same node, first the large pipe, then the small pipe, first the main pipe, then the branch pipe. After the main tube is installed on the tire, use a line drop to align and adjust the position of each control point to determine the line shape within the plane, and use a plummet to measure and adjust the height of each control point.
(3) Branch pipe connection positioning. After the main chord is positioned, it is firmly fixed by spot welding. The position of each branch pipe is also determined by using instruments such as line weights and plummets, and is fixed by spot welding.
(4) Through box connection. In order to reduce the deformation of the box after assembly, first assemble the box as a whole, weld some of the welds, and then disassemble some of the plates and assemble them with the trusses.
3. After welding, check the overall size of the pipe truss, repair defects and polish it. After painting, mark the number, mark the installation positioning line, and prepare for installation
